We're always looking for well-preserved Revox and Studer equipment. The condition of the front panels and controls is very important to us. Technically, we can restore almost anything! The condition of the tape heads is also important.
Particularly sought-after devices include Revox and Studer tape machines, cassette decks, amplifiers, record players, and CD players. Tuners, receivers, and preceivers—all devices that contain an FM receiver—are less sought-after.
We are convinced that FM is alive and will not be switched off any time soon, and can be switched off!
The devices we are looking for are primarily all Studer tape machines and cassette decks as well as mixing consoles and active speakers and all Revox B710 MKII, B77 MKII, PR99, C270, C274, B791, B795, B291, A740, B740, B215, B250, B750 MKII.
Not so popular are the Revox A76, A77, A78 for whatever reason, CD player Revox B225, the laser unit is no longer available, B251, B261 top devices with a very powerful sound, Revox B760, B260, B739, B780, B285, B286 with FM receiver, B790 with 1 kg turntable - nevertheless excellent and in terms of sound you can't hear it from the other Revox turntables.
We don't know why - they're all top-of-the-line devices - Revox has never been stingy!
Only with the tuners has our government unsettled customers, the FM listeners - what a pity!
