Oscillator PCB Revox B77
The oscillator coils are wound in-house. The relay current no longer flows through the REC indicator; modern SMD assembly, current relays, and other components are used. The enable indicator is on the circuit board. The jumpers are replaced with tin bridges.
Recording PCB Revox B77
The new recording board for all Revox B77s can be adjusted using two equalization boards. It features very wide, 70 µm thick circuit boards, record and power LEDs—we at Premium-Hifi have also improved everything that can be technically improved!
Monitor PCB Revox B77
Current relays, peak LEDs on the respective trimmers, separate voltage dividers, power and mute LEDs, wide and 70 µm thick conductor tracks – whatever is technically feasible, we at Premium-Hifi have also done it!
Input PCB Revox B77
Hardly recognizable! The new input board of the Revox B77. Low-noise op-amps and transistors, as well as the elimination of electrolytic capacitors, are mandatory. Here, too, the amplifier stages are individually blocked. The circuitry remains the same!
Playback PCB B77
Completely redesigned! No, the circuitry comes from Revox and Studer. We've "only" refined the circuit board and made it more flexible. Additionally, playback is now controlled via eight trimmers. This makes the Revox B77 much more adjustable than ever before!
LED VU meter lighting
New LED illumination for the VU meters for Revox B77 and PR99. The LEDs are connected in series, making them particularly power-efficient. This is possible because the LEDs only require between 2.0 V and 3.5 V. We use only white sockets and no unnecessary circuit boards.For homogeneous illumination of the VU meters, the LEDs are mounted facing backwards.
Drive control B77
New drive control 1.177.318 for all Revox B77 tape machines with many optimizations, better and faster braking, 90 per cent less power consumption, Galvanic isolation of the 5V voltage and the motor AC voltage, no electrolytic capacitors, for all speeds, Pausecircuit include, with cutterfunction etc.
Sound motor control Revox B77
Quartz-stable sound motor control from
Premium HiFiTrue plug and play: remove the old circuit board, insert the new one, plug in the three flat connectors – that's it! No adjustment required, you'll have the right speed right away, no matter how hot the machine gets!
Power supply board B77
New power supply board 1.177.313 for all Revox B77 MK I and MK II. The power supply for the tone motor control is completely separated from the power supply for the audio unit. The circuit board was developed and manufactured according to current standards for audio power supplies! The new power supply board is 1:1 interchangeable!
Tape Tension B77
New tape tension switch for all Revox B77 models for querying the set speed and the selected reel size. The B77 MKII always queries both! Why not the Revox B77 MKI? Suitable for all versions!
Driver
Dogpin for all Revox Studer B77 and PR99.
The carrier is located on the pressure arm and ensures that the tape is lifted off the heads and rests against the heads during record and play! The old plastic parts are breaking more and more often.(Image similar)
Replacement TBA931
The original dual op-amp in the 14-pin package is also no longer available.The IC or equivalent circuit can be found on the input board and in the capstan control of the Revox B77.
Distance extension RCA
With this RCA jack spacing extension, you can use all high-quality cables from reputable manufacturers with Revox devices. Only the original Premium HiFi extension has 15 mm spacing! What good is 13 mm spacing, if it's still severely limited?
Relay for ITT
Since 2008 we have been manufacturing replacements for various relays to maintain Revox devices.
Our relays have a switching capacity of up to 2 amps - like the original relay.
The ITT A26xx relay is located on the monitor board.
Relay for NF x EB
As with the ITT A26xx relay, we manufacture a replacement for the relays NF 2 EB and NF 4 EB or AZ7-2C and AZ7-4C.On the oscillator board of the Revox B77 there are two relays NF 2 EB or AZ7-2C. Only on the PR99 can two
NF 4 EB or AZ7-4C.
Assembled LEDs
Record display for all Revox B77 and PR99 tape machines.
The LEDs match the brightness and color of the original displays 100%.

You can simply apply the new film to the unsightly front of the Revox B77. Everything fits perfectly (color and dimensions). The new 3M front film is age- and abrasion-resistant. Applying the new film is child's play.
A friend's video describes exactly how to apply the new Revox B77 film. A later version of the film will only have "Low" and "Hi" speed settings. Then the film will fit all Studer Revox B77s :-)

toggle switch lever
The weak point of toggle switches is the plastic lever. Since new switches were no longer available, we immediately began developing and manufacturing this replacement part.

New black anodized clamping sleeves with silver colored screw to match the original black plastic clamping sleeves for all Revox and Studer tape machines.

Andruckrolle Revox B77
For the Revox B77, A700, PR99 and C270 tape machines as well as many Studer tape machines with 1/4" tapes. Anyone who has ever seen the damage green polyurethane pressure rollers can cause will understand why we made the effort to develop our own pressure rollers. Here, too, the highest quality was our top priority. All pressure rollers are oiled for life.
