Device feet
made of plastic
Original
A painful topic is the plastic!
Plastic, not just rubber, is getting old and brittle. At the slightest load, the parts and the function break (see Dockpin on the B77) or the appearance is gone!
It should not be forgotten that the plastic parts of most Studer and Revox devices are well over 40 years old!
Old and new
As you can see in the comparison, our feet of the Studer A67, B67 are a replica. We could have got the screw holes round. However, we think that if the force is distributed away from the screw head at an angle of 60 °, our solution is the better one. It also does not save on material or weight!
4 device feet
Even if the feet are not used, the broken or missing feet do not look good and if you should already pay a proud price for a Studer A67 or B67, then something bothers. That is why we now also offer the feet of the Studer devices.
